Welcome! I’m Inna, a passionate wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Originally from Ukraine, I’ve embraced the beauty and diversity of the U.S. after moving here three and a half years ago. Photography has been a deep love of mine for over 15 years, beginning as a cherished hobby, and for the past three years, I’ve had the joy of turning it into my profession.
From capturing heartfelt moments between couples to preserving the magic of engagements, weddings, maternity milestones, and seasonal snapshots, I aim to create images that speak to your story. I work in both English and Russian, ensuring that communication is seamless, regardless of your preferred language. My photography is about more than just taking pictures—it’s about connecting with people, making them feel comfortable, and highlighting their most precious moments.

What to wear for a Photoshoot?
When you’re preparing for a photo shoot, the outfit you choose can make all the difference. It’s not just about looking good—it’s about feeling confident and comfortable in front of the camera. As a photographer, I want to make sure that every shot captures your best self, so here are my top tips for choosing the perfect outfit!
1. Colors That Will Make You Shine: Soft, Fresh, and Earthy Tones
When it comes to choosing colors for your photo shoot, light shades like white, beige, and pastels are a great option. These colors reflect light, brighten your face, and give your skin a natural glow, creating a fresh and vibrant look.
Earthy tones, such as warm browns, soft greens, and beiges, are also fantastic choices. They add warmth and depth to your photos, bringing a cozy, timeless feel. While lighter shades highlight your face, earthy tones provide balance and richness, making them a great complement depending on the vibe you’re aiming for.
2. Keep Prints Subtle
While it might be tempting to wear a bold pattern or floral print, I’d advise against anything too busy or overwhelming. Large floral prints, plaid, or strong patterns can distract from your face and the overall vibe of the shoot. Opt for solid colors or very subtle patterns—think small stripes or dots. Simple designs will keep the focus where it should be: on you.
Bright neon colors are also best avoided, as they can draw too much attention and not in a good way.
3. Layering & Accessories: Elevate Your Look
Layering is always a great option. Whether it’s a cardigan, jacket, or scarf, layering adds texture and depth to your look. It’s also easy to play around with different looks during the shoot without having to change outfits entirely. A cozy scarf or a stylish jacket can really make a difference.
Accessories can also help personalize your look, but remember, less is more. A delicate necklace, a soft hat, or even a small prop like a coffee cup can bring a special touch to your photos. Just keep it simple and avoid over-accessorizing.
4. What to Avoid
There are a few things that are better left out of your photo shoot:
• Bright neon colors: These can distract and overwhelm the photo.
• Large, busy prints: Big florals, plaids, or any pattern that’s too bold.
• Ill-fitting clothes: Make sure your outfit fits well and feels comfortable.
• Too many accessories: A few key pieces are perfect, but avoid going overboard.
When in doubt, stick with timeless, classic styles that will always look great in photos.
5. What to Bring Along
It’s always a good idea to bring a backup outfit or a few extra accessories. A cardigan, jacket, or scarf can change your look without needing to change your entire outfit. Also, if you’re planning to shoot outdoors, consider bringing comfortable shoes, a blanket, or a fun prop. A bottle of water or light snacks are also great to have on hand if you need a little break during the session.
Final Thoughts
Above all, you should feel confident and comfortable in whatever you choose to wear. When you’re at ease with your outfit, it shows in the photos. Keep things simple, choose colors and pieces that complement each other, and most importantly—have fun!
